Shipping Updates
Estimated shipping times/dates will be updated every month on the 15th.
We are implementing a new policy called "Guaranteed Ship Date". Every box will now have an estimated ship date and a guaranteed ship date.
Estimated Ship Date = When we estimate the boxes to start shipping out to customers. This date is flexible and can vary month to month based on printing times, shipping times to us, delays, etc. This is the date that will be updated on the 15th of every month.
Guaranteed Ship Date = The latest each box will be shipped by. If the box is not shipped out of our office by this date, we will accept refunds if requested. This date will not be changed and is not flexible.
